Refund policy

Our return policy allows you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • in the same condition as received

  • unworn and unused

  • with all original tags attached

  • in its original packaging

  • accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Shipping Costs

Refunds do not include shipping costs, neither those incurred for the original delivery nor those for the return.

Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the Customer.
We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.

Martinelli Roma accepts no liability for items lost, undelivered, or damaged during return transit.

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale or promotion are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

Any defective or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • custom or made-to-order products

  • personal care goods (such as beauty products)

  • hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for promotional items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return has been accepted, place a new order separately.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period (European Union)

Notwithstanding the above, if goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As stated above, items must be returned in their original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags and original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • the refund will be issued within 10 working days

  • it will be processed automatically using your original method of payment

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
